At least one author of the paper needs to get full registration, no matter which author (student or non-student) do the registration. One full registration covers any number of papers at the conference. You need to provide the paper numbers of all papers at the conference while registering the paper. If two authors from the same paper want to attend the conference then both authors need to register with the conference and at least of them should be full registration in order to cover paper registration.

The registration is the same for the main conference and all co-located workshops. One full registration (NOT student registration) is required for every paper that is presented at any of the co-located events (be it the main conference or co-located workshops) no matter the registrars are students or not. One full registration will cover any number of papers at the conference.
