The following presentation instructions are applied to all accepted regular papers, short papers, demo papers, student consortium papers, workshop papers, and the grand challenge papers. All authors please follow the corresponding instructions to prepare the presentation for your papers. (Last updated at Monday, Sep 14 17:21:00 IST 2020)
Regular papers
- Please first confirm your paper in the oral session.
- Each regular paper, including the best paper candidates in the best paper session (Session 2), and general regular paper sessions (Sessions 3, 7, 8, and 12), will be presented in an oral presentation.
- Each regular full paper presentation (including best paper candidates) will be allotted a total of 20 minutes, including 3 minutes for Q&A.
- One best paper award winner and one best student paper award winner will be selected in the best paper candidates’ session and announced by the end of the conference.
Short papers
- Please first confirm your paper in the oral session and the poster session.
- Each short paper in Session 9-A, 9-B, and 9-C will be presented in an oral presentation.
- Each presentation will be allotted a totally of 17 minutes, including 2 minutes for Q&A.
Invited papers
- Please first confirm your paper in the oral session.
- Each invited paper will be presented in an oral presentation during Sessions 4-A, 4-B, 14-A, and 14-C.
- Each presentation will be allotted a totally of 20 minutes, including 3 minutes for Q&A.
Demo and Student Consortium papers
- Please first confirm your paper in the demo and Student Consortium session.
- Each paper will be presented during Session 10-B in an oral presentation session.
- The duration of each presentation is 15 min and session timing will be from 16:00 to 17:30.
Workshop papers
- Each workshop paper will be presented in an oral presentation.
- Each presentation will be allotted a totally 20 minutes for regular papers including 3 minutes for Q&A.
Information for oral presentations
- Since the conference is converted to virtual, all oral sessions will be held over Webex calls. We encourage speakers to set up their own laptops or other presentation devices. Please check the compatibility of your laptop and the project before the session starts.
- During the break time before your presentation, please login to the scheduled session to meet the session chair to confirm the title and presenter information of your paper.
- Time will be strictly enforced by session chairs and all the presenters are expected to make sure that their presentations fit strictly within the time limit and that the switching to another presentation is done during the Q&A.
